Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g shrimp, deveined and shell-on
  • 1 lb 450g crab legs (snow crab or king crab)
  • 1 lb 450g lobster tails, halved (optional)
  • 1 lb 450g smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 ears corn cut into halves
  • 1 lb 450g baby red potatoes, halved
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 4 tbsp 56g unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional, for extra spice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Extra melted butter for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Boil the Potatoes and Corn:
    Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.Add the potatoes and cook for about 10-12 minutes.Add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.Drain and set aside.
  • Prepare the Seafood Boil Bags:
    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) or prepare a grill.In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.In large oven-safe bags (or foil packets), divide the shrimp, crab legs, lobster, sausage, corn, and potatoes evenly.Pour the seasoned butter mixture over the seafood in each bag and gently toss to coat.
  • Cook the Seafood Boil Bags:
    Seal the bags tightly and place them on a baking sheet.Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the seafood is fully cooked.If grilling, cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
